Easy Open supplies automatic pedestrian doors, access control and entrance solutions to many different industry sectors. We provide a full design, installation and commissioning service to British Standard 7036. We work closely with our clients to ensure that the final solution meets the needs of the pedestrians who will be using the doors and also that it meets the client’s design brief in terms of performance, aesthetics and price. We undertake installations throughout the UK.
We work with construction companies of every size, architects, specifiers, charities, occupational therapists and also the general public. We install automation to shops, offices, hospitals, commercial premises, schools, colleges, universities, residential homes and domestic properties. Easy Open is an independent company and therefore not restricted to supplying a single brand of operator. We regularly purchase product from some of the largest manufacturers of automation units. This enables us to offer our customers a large selection of operators thus ensuring that the most appropriate system for their installation is supplied and we can also supply particular brands of operators where these are specified. Our access to such a wide range allows us to supply quality products at competitive prices.
GUARANTEES AND OUR UNIQUE WARRANTY
All our installations carry a standard parts and labour guarantee for 12 months. However, we are so confident of the products we install and the quality of our fitting that we offer an optional FULL 3 YEAR Parts and Labour Warranty at the time of fitting.
The cost of this warranty is comparable to a normal servicing only contract offered by other automation companies but includes all parts, labour, servicing and call outs thus fixing your costs for a 3 year period.
The equipment is serviced every 6 months in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines and a certificate of compliance with BS7036 is issued for each door set. Should there be an incident involving a pedestrian and your automatic doors a claim may be made against you. In order to claim against your insurance you will need to produce the certificate to prove that the doors in question have been maintained to BS7036 Safety at Pedestrian Automatic Doors.
We also offer repairs and servicing to installations other than our own. We have our own full time engineers and a UK wide network of excellent self employed engineers enabling us to resolve customer's problems very quickly.
We are always happy to offer technical assistance and advice to potential customers, designers, architects and surveyors, product data sheets are also available upon request.
We can produce a specification and quotation from verbal information or detailed plans, normally within 48 hours and arrange a free site survey to assess your requirements if needed.
